Artistic Swimming Australia Welcomes New Senior Head Coach and National Acrobatics Coach

Artistic Swimming Australia (ASA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ludivine Stepaniuk as the Head Coach of our Senior National Team and the Hancock Prospecting Centre of Excellence, alongside Raman Stepaniuk as National Acrobatics Coach.
The appointments represent an important step in the continued development of ASA’s High Performance Program, strengthening the coaching team and supporting Australian athletes to compete and perform at the highest international level.
Ludivine Stepaniuk brings extensive high-level coaching experience and will be warmly welcomed this October.

In addition to Ludivine’s appointment, ASA is also proud to welcome Raman Stepaniuk as National Acrobatics Coach. Raman will contribute specialist expertise to the High Performance Program, supporting athletes in the development of their acrobatic and performance capabilities.
“I’m excited to join Artistic Swimming Australia as an Acrobatic Coach and to contribute to the High Performance Program so athletes can perform at their best. I look forward to bringing my experience in high-level coaching and performance to the team, working closely with the athletes and staff, and supporting ASA as we continue to grow on the international stage.”
ASA High Performance leadership welcomes the appointments as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening the quality and depth of support available to Australian athletes.

This is an exciting and important step for our High Performance Program as we move into the next phase of the season and continue building toward our longer-term performance objectives."
Both coaches will commence their roles in Perth, Australia from 10 October 2026.
The appointments further reinforce ASA’s commitment to creating a high-performance environment where athletes, coaches and staff can work collaboratively towards sustained international success and the continued growth of artistic swimming in Australia.
