Talent Development Education Course

The ASA Coach Education Framework outlines the step-by-step process from which coaches can develop their skills and experience.

The Talent Development Coach Education is for active coaches requiring more in-depth training of skills at a competitive level who work with skills, emerging and representative athletes in competitive and talent preparation environments.  

The Talent Development Coach Education course can be accessed through the Artistic Swimming Australia eLearning Platform with required State or National delivered components. Please check the ASA Learning and Development Support Calendar for the next available course in your area or do the course now in the ASA eLearning platform.

•    Synchro Skills Curriculum:

1. Identify appropriate physical conditioning activities for advanced participants
2. Identify key skills for advanced Artistic Swimming participants
3. Identify key safety points for advanced Artistic Swimming skills
4. Identify key coaching points for advanced Artistic Swimming skills
5. Identify appropriate skill progressions for advanced Artistic Swimming skills
6. Identify appropriate facilities and training aids to assist advanced skill development
