Notice of Annual General Meeting

Attention: all Member States, Life Members, Affiliate Members, Individual Members and Club Members.

This Notice is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of Artistic Swimming Australia Limited.

Date: Monday 24 November 2025

Time: 4.30pm AWST (WA), 6.30pm AEST (QLD) and 7.30pm AEDT (ACT, NSW and VIC)

Location: Virtual Meeting via Microsoft Teams

We expect that the meeting will be concluded by 5.30pm AWST (WA), 7.30pm AEST (QLD) and 8.30pm AEDT (ACT, NSW and VIC).

Please RSVP to Emma Gerovich, Company Secretary, secretary@artisticswimming.org.au to receive your Microsoft Teams link to the virtual meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: you will only receive the link if you are a registered and fully financial member of ASA - no exceptions.

Please have all Annual General Meeting motions (with the exception of nomination forms) forwarded to this email address prior to 11.59pm AWST on Monday 27 October 2025.

Please forward all Elected and Appointed Director Nominations to the Independent Chair of the Nominations Committee, Danielle Corcoran, Danielle.Corcoran.NomsCom@artisticswimming.org.au prior to 11.59pm AWST on Monday 27 October 2025.

An agenda for the meeting will be forwarded no later than 11.59pm AWST on Monday 3 November 2025 as per the Constitution.
