Sport Integrity Australia

Artistic Swimming Australia is pleased to announce it has been one of the first National Sports Organisations to be fully compliant and partner with Sport Integrity Australia and adopt the National Integrity Framework and associated integrity policies.

This is an important step in protecting our sport from integrity threats and providing all our participants with a safe and inclusive environment whilst enabling complaints to be handled consistently and independently by Sports Integrity Australia.

Artistic Swimming Australia wants everyone participating in the sport, from a grassroots level to the elite, to feel safe and have the ability to speak up about their concerns.

Artistic Swimming Australia’s National Integrity Framework comes into effect on 1 November 2022, which has seen Sports Integrity Australia take over the management of all complaints in relation to integrity matters for the sport.

The Framework consists of six integrity-related policies that sets out the broad expectations for the conduct of all participants in the sport, including:

  • National Integrity Framework
  • Member Protection Policy
  • Child Safeguarding Policy
  • Competition Manipulation and Sport Wagering Policy
  • Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy
  • Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy

All members of the artistic swimming community must have a thorough understanding of their obligations under the National Integrity Framework and familiarise themselves with the process for reporting concerns or complaints through to Sport Integrity Australia.

The process for submitting a complaint under the National Integrity Framework is on our website, please click here to view.
