New National Head Coach Appointed

Three-time Olympic coach, Lolli Montico, has been appointed as the new Australian National Head Coach.

Hailing originally from Italy, Lolli coached the Italian Junior National team and then the Senior National team whom she lead at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Lolli then relocated to the UK to work with the British National team from 2007-2014 and guided them to their home Olympic Games in 2012. Lolli moved to the United States to coach the USA National team from 2015-2018 including coaching the US team at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016.

Lolli has also coached at seven World Championships, her first in 2003, plus three Down Syndrome World Championships in addition to being the Artistic Swimming Technical Director for Down Syndrome International Swimming.

We look forward to welcoming Lolli who will be relocating to Australia to commence her new role in early 2021.
